Most Bakery Oven Racks use a 4 inch Oven Rack Wheel. Our Bakery Oven Rack Wheels are Heat Rated 500 Degrees Continuous / 550 Intermittent. We offer our High Temp Oven Rack Wheel in 3 different axle sizes - 5/16 being the most common size. All have Sealed Precision Bearings - No grease needed. One Axle & Lock Nut included per wheel. We have several Oven Rack Caster options - both Swivel and Rigid with three Top Plate choices available. Stainless Steel Swivel Caster with High Temp Oven Rack Wheel is only available with the standard top plate.
